Harold Alvarez

With over a decade of experience in the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) finance, Harold has a diverse background in investment banking, private equity, and business development. During his time at Desjardins Florida Branch, he successfully managed a portfolio worth over $1 billion, which included large corporate loans and CRE assets, leading to a steady 20% year-over-year growth.

At Group RMC USA, Harold played a key role in managing transactions totaling more than $250 million. As Director of Business Development at Master Grupo, he played a crucial part in acquiring CRE assets as part of the company's expansion into franchising.

Harold holds both an MBA from the John Molson School of Business and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Ottawa, enabling him to seamlessly integrate business strategies with legal know-how, ensuring smooth transactions in complex CRE deals. He's also well-versed in cutting-edge technologies like AI, ML, and blockchain, which he uses to enhance operational efficiencies in CRE finance.

Outside of work, Harold is passionate about kite and big wave surfing, as well as tennis and golf. In his free time, he enjoys spending quality moments with his wife, close friends, and his loyal dogs.
