John O'Donnell

John is a leading commercial real estate finance professional with two decades of experience in various financial services, ranging from commercial real estate and development financing to assurance accounting for large public fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining team Finneo, John was a consistently awarded commercial real estate originator at Marcus&Millichap Capital in the Portland, Oregon office. John is adept at financing multifamily, construction financing, bridge financing, retail, industrial and hospitality properties.

John holds a Masters in Accounting, from the Lundquist College of Business at the University of Oregon and a Bachelor in Geology from Whitman College. He is an avid skier, wing foiler and mountain biker and enjoys spending weekends outdoors with family and friends.
