Mridul Mayank

Mridul has 15 years of comprehensive experience in real estate lending / commercial banking and has underwritten over $5BN credit across all major real estate asset classes. Prior to working with Finneo, Mridul worked as Sr Vice President to lead the commercial/ real estate lending vertical for a top international lender, co-founded a Fintech startup, and was a top lender with Royal Bank of Canada. He has been applauded and awarded for a client-first approach with top-of-the-rank client satisfaction metrics. Within Real Estate domain, he has a wide spectrum of experience in origination and closing deals across retail, residential, commercial, hospitality, industrial and investment properties, and social use properties. Mridul holds an MBA, a Bachelor in Technology, and a Diploma in advanced fintech & blockchain. Outside of work, he actively participates in half marathons, outdoor sports, and is a self-proclaimed mixologist. He and his wife are sustainable champions, avid birders, and connect over responsible investing.
