Nicholas Parrilla

Nick carries 12 years of CRE debt origination and underwriting experience. His capital markets experience spans across various banks including Truist Bank, KeyBank, CapitalOne, and Santander Bank.

Throughout his career to date, he has been responsible for originating, underwriting, and funding more than $4B in CRE capital.

Nick holds a bachelors degree from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia. In his free time, he enjoys running and practices cooking international cuisine.
