Taylor J. Walsh

Taylor is an experienced, forward-thinking and results-driven professional. In the past 5 years of commercial real estate and corporate finance and has helped close more than $1 billion worth of transactions.

Previously his team at Scope Capital Group in Pittsburgh specialized in the origination and placement of debt, mezzanine debt and JV equity. He has experience in all asset classes but has a heavy focus on multi family, mixed use, hospitality and net lease properties.

Taylor holds a Business Degree from Indiana University and a Masters Degree from Rutgers University. He is also a NCAA Div 1 National Wrestling champion.
