About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Commercial Real Estate professional eager to develop their skills in CRE Debt Advisory. The successful candidate will work closely with Finneo's Founder and CEO, Amar Nijjar (a former Top Broker and EVP at JLL), utilizing their strong foundation in sales and business development. This role offers comprehensive exposure to all aspects of the process, providing invaluable experience and insights from a seasoned industry leader. It presents a unique opportunity for an ambitious professional to gain in-depth knowledge of the business and position themselves as an expert in the commercial real estate debt & equity structured finance market within a few years.

Responsibilities

  • Attend and contribute to client meetings, overseeing and structuring new CRE Debt Financing opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, property owners, and third-party origination sources.

  • Conduct cold outreach via calls, emails, and other communication methods to generate leads.

  • Organize and participate in client meetings, take detailed notes for follow-up actions, and contribute as needed.

  • Engage in client demos and pitches, gather feedback, and follow up to drive growth in new mandates and pipeline development.

  • Apply business development and relationship management skills to achieve revenue targets through tailored lending solutions.

  • Foster strong working relationships with clients, lenders, and internal team members.

  • Coordinate with lenders, clients, and other relevant parties throughout the loan process.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.

  • Fully understand and master Finneo’s technology/data platform and learn how to effectively pitch it.

  • Stay current with industry regulations and developments.

  • Monitor deadlines and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.

  • Assist in organizing client events in partnership with CRELA.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.

  • Experience in commercial real estate financing and or transaction origination,

  • Strong understanding of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and experience in underwriting CRE transactions

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Tech-savvy with a quick aptitude for learning new software.

  • Proven experience with OKR and KPI frameworks, consistently achieving and surpassing targets.

  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to grow as a Commercial Real Estate professional.

  • Ambition to grow into a Commercial Real Estate Debt Advisor role within a few years.
