About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Commercial Real Estate professional eager to develop their skills in CRE Debt Advisory on the loan placement and syndication side of the business. The successful candidate will report to Finneo's Founder and CEO, Amar Nijjar (former Top Broker and EVP at JLL), will work closely with other key members of the team, and will be involved in all aspects of the process after the mandate is signed. This is a critical role and the candidate must be able to handle intense negotiations and discussions with lenders on Finneo’s deals in order to ensure successful execution. This is a unique opportunity to learn the business and establish yourself as a CRE debt market expert within a few years.

Responsibilities

  • Create CIM/OMs using Finneo’s advanced package builder and automation tools

  • Connect and canvass lenders on Finneo deals from a placement perspective

  • Coordinate with appraisers, lenders, clients, and other stakeholders throughout the loan process.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for lender relations and discussions.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Finneo’s existing lender partners.

  • Organize and maintain client files and documentation.

  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely task completion.

  • Perform additional administrative tasks as required.

  • Conduct financial analyses and comparable transaction evaluations to recommend viable and marketable financing structures.

  • Prepare comprehensive and detailed financing packages tailored to client needs.

  • Develop and manage multiple financing packages simultaneously.

  • Analyze financing information to ensure accuracy and alignment with deal objectives.

  • Underwrite deals using Finneo’s proprietary software.

  • Fully understand and master Finneo’s technology and data platform.

  • Collaborate with senior advisors and clients to identify and select suitable lenders.

  • Submit deals to lenders and actively engage through calls and meetings to discuss opportunities.

  • Address lender inquiries promptly, liaising between clients and lenders.

  • Obtain term sheets, input offers and bids, and present them to clients.

  • Fulfill conditions to secure term sheets, achieve commitments, and oversee the funding process for deals.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and developments.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
