About the Role

Finneo is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Marketing & Growth Strategist to lead and execute integrated marketing, branding, and business development initiatives that directly drive the firm's expansion. Reporting directly to the CEO, this high-impact role will be instrumental in elevating Finneo’s profile within the commercial real estate capital markets ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with proven experience in strategic marketing, brand positioning, event design, and industry engagement, particularly in B2B or real estate-related sectors. You will own the full marketing funnel—from shaping the narrative and producing compelling content to orchestrating high-caliber events (often in partnership with CRELA) and driving targeted outreach. This role plays a key part in sourcing both client leads and top-tier talent through curated events, strategic PR, digital presence, and referral networks.

This is a rare opportunity to build a category-defining brand from within a fast-growing CRE fintech advisory platform—working hand-in-hand with the CEO and senior leadership to scale a national presence.

Responsibilities

  • Event management. Webinars, Golf etc.


  • Specialist must do basic design work on website and create ads on Linkedin


  • Specialist will have to review and edit Finneo’s existing marketing content.


  • Follow up, introduce, pitch and set up meetings with key individuals that are a fit for sales role at Finneo.

  • Help with scheduling meetings for senior executive of the company


  • Help with recruitment efforts


  • Reach out to PR and Media outlets to get interviews for Finneo executives


  • Reach out to property owner executives and arrange meetings with CEO

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, or Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.

  • Understanding of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and experience in underwriting CRE loans.

  • A minimum of 1 yrs experience in marketing, design, event management or customer service

  • Proficiency in Excel, Asana, Google Sheets etc

  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Tech-savvy with a quick aptitude for learning new software.

  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to grow as a Commercial Real Estate professional.
