About the Role
We are looking for an experienced CRE Debt Industry professional with origination experience to join our team. Successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the CRE Debt Industry and demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
Establish and Execute on sales strategies to connect with and reach out to medium and large sized commercial real estate property owners like REITs, Pension Fund Advisory Groups and Family Offices.
Implement a solid cold call, email and LinkedIn marketing strategy in place to source and drive high volume of business.
Engage in client demos, pitches, feedback and follow ups to ensure a solid growth in new mandates and pipeline.
Develop and implement short-and long-term sales strategies and tactical plans, focusing on identifying profitable new and existing clients.
Apply business development and relationship management skills to support the achievement of revenue targets through sales of customized lending solutions.
Provide valuable input to equity offerings, valuations, private placements, mergers and acquisitions advisories.
Conduct client and prospect presentations; be highly visible in the marketplace to proactively develop an internal and external network of referral sources to generate new business and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects.
Fully understand and master Finneo’s technology/data platform and learn the artof pitching.
Secure Exclusive Financing mandates from key reputable clients to help them find best financing solutions by using Finneo Platform.
Understand Lender Programs.
Originate a wide variety of commercial real estate loans –term, construction, bridge and subordinate debt financings.
Experience & Qualifications
Sales ability and a desire to be outgoing/connecting with new clients.
5 Years+ of experience in CRE Debt Origination and Underwriting.
Solid grasp of CRE Loans, various capital stacks and structures.
Ability to negotiate complex transactions with various stake holders.
Leadership ability demonstrated by way of active engagement with local community or professional bodies.
Undergraduate degree from a reputable University is a must.
Self-starter, Entrepreneurial mindset is a must.
Demonstrated critical thinking skills and independent motivation.
Outstanding interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
