A fantastic addition to our Dallas/Texas office, Dustin Gabriel brings over 15 years of CRE Debt and Structured Finance Experience to team Finneo. He has transacted over $5 Billion in CRE Debt transactions. During last 5 years, he was Vice President of CRE Finance at Bank OZK (largest construction lender in the USA along with Wells Fargo, Starwood Property Trust and goldmansachs). His main focus area comprises of large construction loans ($50 Million +) and C-Pace loans. He specializes in suburban Class A and B commercial office, mixed-use and multi-family properties. Dustin Gabriel is also a frequent speaker at several real estate conferences including most recently as a moderator at Bisnow Multifamily Annual Conference (BMAC).
He also played in "Defensive Back" #28 position for Brigham Young University's Football Team.
