Chadd Frank

Chadd is an experienced commercial banker with over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate acquisition, refinance and construction. He has worked on owner occupied and income producing properties and is a trusted business owner advisor in strategic growth, wealth and estate planning. Chadd views commercial real estate financing in the context of the client’s strategic objectives and works to find the best solution based upon the client’s goals. His long lending career allows him to identify and gently navigate complexities and nuances that arise to arrive at successful outcomes for all stakeholders.

Chadd holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from Marquette University and completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife, watching Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Bucks, Marquette Golden Eagles, Milwaukee Brewers and Wisconsin Badger games, and visiting his kids in college. Chadd also volunteers with La Casa de Esperanza and the YMCA.
