Before joining Finneo, Jaimie spent five years running her own self-storage consulting firm, advising investors and developers on off-market transactions, strategic dispositions, and new developments across Canada. She played a pivotal role in identifying opportunities, structuring deals, and guiding clients through complex negotiations.

Previously, she led business development at Storage Capital, a private capital firm focused on the Canadian self-storage sector. In this role, she worked closely with owners and operators to source and execute transactions, supporting portfolio expansion and long-term asset optimization.
