Prior to joining FINNEO, James was a Commercial Loan Analyst at Largo Capital, supporting the placement and closing of more than $200 million in commercial real estate debt transactions across multifamily, hospitality, industrial, retail, office, self-storage, mixed-use, and other asset classes.

James worked on a broad range of financings, including a $75 million multifamily loan, a $25 million hospitality financing, a $24 million industrial transaction, a $21 million retail center financing, and numerous middle-market assignments ranging from $1.6 million to $14 million across retail, office, and mixed-use properties. His experience spans acquisition, refinancing, and permanent debt executions, with responsibilities including financial modeling, lender underwriting packages, debt sizing, market analysis, lender negotiations, due diligence coordination, and transaction management through closing.

At FINNEO, James leverages this institutional capital markets experience to help borrowers structure optimal financing solutions while working closely with the firm's network of banks, debt funds, life companies, CMBS lenders, credit unions, and alternative capital providers across North America.

James earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance, with a minor in Entrepreneurship, from the Dahlkemper School of Business at Gannon University.
