Jordan Reiss

Co-Head, US Syndications

He has underwritten and executed construction, bridge, and term financing across multifamily and other commercial asset classes, with a particular strength in evaluating complex capital stacks, sponsor profiles, and execution risk across market cycles.

Jordan began his career in the New York metropolitan area with Barone Management, where he worked on the ownership side and developed a practical understanding of asset-level operations, capital planning, and value creation from a principal’s perspective. He later joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Capital Markets Associate, advising owners on debt and equity placements and gaining direct exposure to transaction execution, investor expectations, and market-driven pricing dynamics.

He subsequently held underwriting and credit roles at ORIX and Lument, two highly active institutional lending platforms. At ORIX, Jordan underwrote construction and bridge loans across multiple asset types, working closely with internal credit committees to structure bespoke financing solutions and manage risk through varying market conditions. At Lument, he focused on construction, bridge, and permanent financing for multifamily and mixed-use assets, operating at the intersection of private credit and long-term take-out strategies. At Finneo, Jordan applies this institutional, lender-side perspective to deliver disciplined underwriting, thoughtful structuring, and execution certainty for sophisticated owners and developers.
