Jordan Reis

Jordan brings a diverse background in the real estate industry, having worked as a development associate for a New York City based real estate developer and general contractor, an underwriter for a top tier agency lender on their proprietary capital team, an investment sales broker for one of the largest global brokerages, and finally leveraging these experiences as a freelance consultant and advisor to investors around the United States. 

This background has allowed him to cultivate an understanding of how various parties approach the financing process. This deep understanding of the internal workings of developers and lenders allows for the anticipation of potential problems before they arise.  

His experience includes equity syndications of over $60 Million, facilitating the underwriting of preferred equity, mezzanine loans, construction loans and permanent financing, and the screening and structuring of over $3.0 Billion in bridge loans across 22 different states. 

Additionally, he’s knowledgeable in the intricacies of NYC zoning code, Department of Buildings protocols, construction processes, credit guidelines of proprietary capital teams, the due diligence process, and requisite legal considerations.
