Joshua Broadhead

Joshua is a Commercial Real Estate finance professional with over 15 years of underwriting, project management and business development experience. He helped create a public-sector funding agency for Canada’s affordable and social housing providers, as well as facilitate the development, construction and financing of over $600 million in affordable rental projects across Western Canada.

He has held senior roles such as Director of Finance at Community Land Trust and Chief Underwriter at HPC Housing Investment Corporation, Manager, Multi-Unit Client Relations at CMHC, showcasing his expertise in financial analysis, business development, and housing finance.

Joshua holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta, is fluent in both French and English and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Digital Transformation Leadership through SFU. He enjoys spending time with his family and getting outdoors whenever possible whether it be in the mountains or on the golf course.
