Marvin is a skilled commercial real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in originations, underwriting, and asset management. He has a proven track record of structuring debt and equity solutions throughout the capital stack. 

Whether working for large financial institutions like GE Capital Real Estate and Arbor Realty Trust or smaller lenders like Axos Bank and CalPrivate Bank, Marvin’s focus on customer needs and lender requirements lead to successful outcomes for all stakeholders. 

Marvin has a BS in Finance from Penn State University and an MBA from George Washington University. He enjoys traveling, golfing and spending time with his family in San Diego, CA.
