Moshe Wax

Moshe is a leading commercial real estate finance professional with over a decade of experience across a diverse array of financial service capacities where he has successfully structured and originated CRE debt and equity solutions throughout the capital stack.

Moshe has particular expertise in sourcing capital for multifamily investments, ranging from traditional conforming apartments to mobile home parks and single family portfolios. Prior to joining Finneo, Moshe served in credit management roles for various financial institutions, including Cantor Commercial Real Estate, Bayview Asset Management, and Itau Private Bank.

Moshe holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from the City University of New York as well as a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Miami. Outside of his work, Moshe volunteers with the local Veterans Administration and serves in the U.S. Army Reserve, where he has been awarded both the

Iron Soldier and Expert Marksman designations.
