Prior to joining Finneo, Rosson was a broker with Colliers International, where he built a reputation as a trusted advisor to owners and investors by structuring and closing complex sales and leasing assignments. His transactional background gives him a sharp understanding of valuation, underwriting, and capital flows—skills that now translate directly into structured finance and capital markets advisory.

With deep relationships across the Nashville real estate community, Rosson is well connected to the city’s leading developers, property owners, and capital providers. His network, combined with Finneo’s proprietary technology and lender intelligence platform, positions him to deliver creative capital structures and tailored financing strategies that maximize client outcomes. Rosson holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of Tennessee and an MBA with a real estate specialization from Florida State University. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, fishing, and traveling with friends and family.
