Ryan Tam

Ryan is a seasoned Finance and CRE professional with over 15 years of experience. He began his career in Corporate Banking at HSBC, where he originated and underwrote transactions spanning multiple CRE asset classes and lending structures.

Beyond banking, Ryan's strong operational knowledge has been honed through serving as a general partner in numerous CRE projects across North America and having co-founded a specialized aviation firm. This blend of experiences has equipped him with a deep understanding of the complexities inherent in transactions from both an investor's and lender's perspective, making Ryan a trusted advisor in CRE transactions throughout North America.

Outside of the office, Ryan is an avid outdoors enthusiast. You can often find him chasing Bluebird days at Whistler or “matching the hatch” on one BC’s many stillwater destinations.
