He supports institutional sponsors, developers, and private real estate owners in securing optimized capital solutions across hospitality, multifamily, industrial, and mixed-use assets.

Avi brings a strong background across real estate investments, asset management, and hospitality finance. Prior to joining Finneo, he gained experience with Skylink Investments and The Divine Group, where he was involved in commercial real estate acquisitions, asset management initiatives, and investment analysis. He also previously worked with State Farm's real estate investment team, supporting underwriting and valuation across institutional commercial real estate assets, including industrial, multifamily, and retail investments.

With deep exposure to the hospitality sector through G6 Hospitality and Hotel Brokers of America, Avi has developed a strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, acquisitions, and capital strategy. His combination of operating experience and investment analysis provides a unique perspective when evaluating hospitality transactions and advising clients on financing solutions.

Avi holds a background in Real Estate Finance from NYU, where he continues to build expertise across institutional capital markets, real estate investment strategy, and structured finance.
