Tyson Vosgerichian

Tyson Vosgerichian is an Associate on Finneo’s Capital Markets team, supporting debt and equity advisory mandates across Canada and the United States. He focuses on business development, market intelligence, financial analysis, and connecting commercial real estate owners with tailored capital solutions.

Prior to joining Finneo, Tyson gained commercial real estate experience with Lennard Commercial Realty, where he was involved in market research, property analysis, transaction support, and client-facing brokerage initiatives. His background combines real estate fundamentals, capital markets research, and relationship-driven business development.

At Finneo, Tyson works closely with senior leadership on borrower engagement, lender strategy, and transaction origination, leveraging Finneo’s AI-enabled platform and extensive capital network to help deliver efficient financing solutions for institutional owners, developers, and investors.

Tyson is completing his Bachelor of Commerce in Real Estate at the University of Guelph and holds Bloomberg Finance Fundamentals and Bloomberg Market Concepts certifications.
