Viet Bui

Viet is an accomplished investment professional with extensive experience in managing and enhancing investment portfolios. As the Managing Director of Investments at Loop Finance in Irvine, California, Viet provides strategic advice to the board, oversees business operations and financial performance, and identifies new business opportunities. Viet excels in building relationships with key stakeholders and monitoring real estate investment performance.

Previously, Viet was the EVP of Term at Quanta Finance, performing due diligence, managing origination and deal flow, and implementing risk management strategies. At Apollo Square Capital as EVP of Capital, Viet led underwriting analysis of mortgage loan products, coordinated capital markets meetings, and raised capital for real estate offerings.

As Vice President of Investments at TwinRock Partners, Viet acquired over $300 million in real estate, managed acquisitions and asset management across five states, and headed investor relations for 16 successful fund raises. Viet holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) in Finance from New York Law School and a Bachelor's Degree from UCLA, combining educational background with extensive professional experience to lead effectively in the investment industry.
