Brody Cross

At Finneo, Brody is responsible for business development and origination with key corporate partners like Colliers, Marcus & Millichap, Avison & Young etc. Brody brings a breadth of commercial underwriting experience and has been involved in over $1 Billion in real estate transactions.

Prior to working with Finneo he worked with CMLS in their corporate finance and u/w group where his group originated over $400MM in debt each year. He also has Debt/Equity Brokerage and Advisory experience from working with a large CRE Debt Brokerage in Vancouver.

Brody holds a Bachelors degree from Queen's University and a Real Estate diploma from the University of British Columbia.

Outside of work Brody can be found outperforming Nolan in golf and boating with friends.
