Bryce has 10 years of experience in the financial services and lending sectors in Ontario holding progressive positions with both Ernst and Young and MarshallZehr Group. At Marshall Zehr he structured and underwrote over $1 billion in CRE Debt Deals - involving senior, mezz and pref equity structures. He is an outcome-focused professional with a passion for helping his clients achieve their goals. He specializes in tailored commercial real estate debt solutions - advising, sourcing, structuring and closing.

A former lender in both senior underwriting and origination roles with MarshallZehr Group originating and managing a large book of development and construction loans, Bryce understands and smoothly navigates the nuances and complexities involved with commercial real estate financing to achieve optimal client solutions.

Bryce holds the CPA, CA and CBV designations and has honed his skills in the quantitative aspects of real estate, valuation and advising his clients in these areas. He is an avid mountain biker, golfer and all things active.
