Nolan Apers

Nolan is Co-Founder and Operations Lead. He supports Team Finneo in all aspects of business.

Prior to working with Finneo, Nolan helped originate and underwrite over $500MM in CRE Debt deals. He worked with some of the largest property developers and real estate funds based out of Canada.

Nolan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Real Estate from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania where he was drafted by Georgia Swarm of the National Lacrosse League.

Outside of Finneo, Nolan is an adamant golfer who plays both outdoors and virtually. Additionally, he is committed to helping the underprivileged children and has done extensive work for an orphanage in Nicaragua through We Charity Foundation.
