Truman S. Hooker

Truman is responsible for originations in Charlotte, NC. His role as AVP includes assisting clients in sourcing, structuring, and securing the optimal financing solution for acquisitions, developments, construction, and refinances to ensure financial success and proper risk management of all commercial real estate projects. Prior to joining the Finneo team, Truman held Asset Management and Portfolio Management positions at large financial institutions such as Bank OZK and U.S. Bank.Truman holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance and Banking from Appalachian University. He held multiple leadership positions in associations such as: Finance Student Association, Appalachian Investors Club, AIESEC, National Association of Business Economics, College Diabetes Network, UNICEF, and the Finance Advisory Board Group Mentoring Program.

To give back to his community, Truman volunteers with multiple groups such as: Gracious Hands - Transitional Housing for Homeless Women and Children, Habitat for Humanity, The Hunger and Health Coalition inc. and Fidelity Charitable.
